Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days or up to 2-3 weeks, depending on the type of items you purchase. 

Please be reminded that SpreadSalam have four different types of products, therefore will have four different processing time;

  1. READY STOCK ITEMS – your order will be processed within 1-2 working days. However, if you order the ready stock items with other items (as below), your order may take longer depending on the other items.
  2. PRINT-TO-ORDER ITEMS – it will take between 5-7 days to prepare your items before they are ready to be posted.
  3. PRE-ORDER ITEMS – once the pre-order period has ended, it will take between 2-7 working days to prepare your items. If it will take longer than that, you will be informed in the ads and email.
  4. COMMISSION & DESIGN SERVICE – the processing time for this will vary, depending on the projects. You will be informed of its delivry and processing time in the terms and conditions agreement.

Kindly note that there will be NO shipments or deliveries occurring on weekends or holidays. Also, in times that we are experiencing a high volume of orders and due to the pandemic and ongoing MCO (Movement Control Order), kindly expect delays in delivery time.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your parcel. Kindly allow 1-3 days for the tracking number to be updated on the system. If after 3 days, there is no progress in the system, kindly inform us for further assistance.

Customs, duties, and taxes

SpreadSalam is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

SpreadSalam is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping as we have purposely chosen couriers with tracking numbers. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Kindly note that it is important for you to inform us of any damages in order for us to assess if we could be of any help to give you better experience shopping with us.

International Shipping Policy

We also do shipment and postage to countries outside of Malaysia, mostly to Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei, Australia, United Kingdom and United States. If you are not from any of the stated countries, kindly contact us at give.salam@spreadsalam.com to inquire on options available. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, and if there is a need for you to confirm the shipping fee, you will be asked to contact us directly for further action.
